 Product's Packaging

For the convenience of our customers, we offer them to choose between the three types of basic  packaging, or non-standard type according to their requirements and by negotiation.

1. Manual packaging  
The materials used are corrugated cardboard or polyethylene, as well as paper between the very products.
The arrangement of the products is according to customer’s requirements. To secure the packaged products and aiming at their stability during the shipment, we place wooden blocks on all sides of the package, tightened with a metal or plastic band.

2. Semi-automatic packaging
For this type of packaging, we arrange the products manually, whereas by request of the customer it is possible,to place paper between the separate products. Externally, they are packaged automatically with stretch-foil. For each package, wooden blocks are placed on the upper and lower side, which in turn are linked together with multilayer stretch foil. The blocks are arranged at various locations, depending on the length of the package, which provides for the easy unloading and transportation stability.

3. Automatic packaging
For this type of packaging, the products are packaged fully automatic; they can be single or in packs, protected with polyethylene foil, whereas the ready pallets are wrapped with stretch foil on the external side. For each package, wooden blocks are placed on the upper and lower side, which in turn are linked together with multilayer stretch foil. The blocks are arranged at various locations, depending on the length of the package, which provides for the easy unloading and transportation stability.
