 From this picture, you can see this strip is R G B W(WW) 4 in 1 LED chip, there have an IC built in this 5050 Chip, 

so it's addressable full color tape, it's dc5v, 60leds/m .

and it's 1IC & 1LED chip, so can be cuttable each LED, and cut the length as your customized length.

This is non-waterproof IP20 version, you can see it with 3M adhesive back side, and the both end is heat shrink tube for protect weld pad, it's very easy to install.

Of course we can work it with waterproof version, such as siclin tube waterproof, and heat-shrink waterproof version.

this version also with 3M adhesive back side, and you can also select silicon clip and screw for install. it's up to you .

From this picture, you can see very clearly this tape with 3pin JST male and female connectors. also it can be 

waterproof connectors. 

This 3 weld point means GND-, DC5V+, DAT.
