It includes 6 units material—loading unit, feeding unit, main body, finished products conveyor unit, hydraulic power unit,and electric control unit..

1. The Seller shall provide all spare parts needed for maintenance of the equipments.

2. During the period of guarantee, within TWELVE(12) months after delivery, the seller shall be responsible for  the  damage  due  to  the  defects  in  designing  and  

manufacturing.

3. During the guarantee period all broken parts the damage due to the defects in designing and manufacturing of the

 manufacturer shall be replaced into a new one. Buyer will inform Seller about malfunction of the machine or part of 

it. Firstly, the defective part will be sent to Seller on the cost of the Seller by courier, and then the new one will be

 sent to the Buyer after the receipt of the defect one from the buyer on the cost of the Seller in10 days by courier.

4. The Seller is obligated to supply after guaranty service. After guarantee period all costs of replacement, cost of

 spare parts, shipment cost, and others cost shall be covered by Buyer.
