Features:

Advantages:

1. There are three sets of punching die-station on each side which can install three kinds of punches with differents diameters. Three sets of punching die-station can move together to change  the punching stadia. controlled by CNC .

2. Single-blade cutting can ensure smooth cutting section and saves material.

3. Marking unit adopt closed frame with good rigidity. Four sets of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be selected and be programed. Marking stadia can be set at will.

4. CNC infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. The photoelectric encoder can feed back the information. Closed loop control to ensure high position precision.

5. Hydraulic system mainly serves for punching, cutting, marking, pressing and transposition of character boxes.

6. Control system consists of upper computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC and outside detection switches etc. Proceeding program can be generated automatically as long as operator inputs the dimensions of workpiece. It can also accept certain procedure which is made from special software. The program can be stored, selected, displayed and communicated according to  the workpiece No. .
