The Box-beam welding machine is for the purpose of CO2 gas shield welding on the box-beam after assembly.Specification
The Box-beam welding machine is for the purpose of CO2 gas shield welding on the box-beam after assembly.
Box-beam will be transported to the gas shield position to make the welding seam at flat welding position, then the welding torch is adjusted, making sure the CO2 welding head pointing to the welding seam. The machine travels straightly along the rails, automatically weld the flat seam of box-beam bevel edge.
The machine has compact structure, convenient operation as well as stable function.
Include travel unit, column, girder, platform, lifting arm, welding torch mechanism tracking wire reel, gas route device, electric control system and CO2 gas welding machine etc.
Electricity control systems are fixed on the column. Integrated electric cabinet, operation panel and column is neat and easy to operate. Linkage control of travel control and welding control, is more convenient.
XQHB cantilever type and XQM gantry gate type gas shield welding and backing welding is optional.
CO2 gas welding is the main component to this machine, which includes welding power, wire feeder, cooling water box, welding torch and control box.
Tandem arc and wire torch can weld two seams from single face synchronously.
