A: Samples of our design are free and sample time is 2 days. Customer design will charge 30-50 USD sample cost and the time is 3-5 days.

Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
A: You can pay by T/T, western Union and Paypal.

Q: What’s your payment term?

A: 30% deposit, 70%  balance pay before shipment.

Q:How long is delivery time?

A: Stock products shipped within 3 days, the delivery time of customized products is 7-15 days.

Q: How long is the transport time?

Asia, Europe and South Africa need 3-5 working days, remote countries need 7-15 days.
