The Ureaplasma Urealyticums and Mycoplasma Humenis don’t have cell wall. Ureaplasma Urealyticums and Mycoplasma Humenis can utilize substrate to produce alkalescence which makes the indicators in broth change from yellow to red and denote whether the mycoplsamas are growing.
