  They are a self bunded double wall design which can be transported and relocated easily. 

   

  The Intech ITP range offers self bunded storage tanks for combustible liquids as well as other non – hazardous liquids up to 90,000 litres.

   

  The ITP Series is a premium fuel storage solution designed for harsh operating environments with minimal site preparation.

  Pressed corners and a reinforced top means a robust tank for your fuel storage needs.

   

  The main points in this design is greater capacity for safe fill - sloping floor for water collection and ability to see under tank

   

  The tanks are constructed to international ISO container footprints for ease of transport and transfer. The standard footprints are 3, 6, 12, and 14 metres utilising the container lock dimensions. This means these tanks can be transported without the need for specific costly logistics.
  
  The range of tanks are primarily designed for the storage and dispensing of combustible liquids. The storage of Flammable liquids up to 55,000 litres can be accommodated with the relevant venting and accessory change. Remember to check your local regulations.

  Whilst tanks can be set up specifically to customer requirements, below is the generic detail specification of the standard tanks.

  Incoming Fuel/Product

  o    80nb tanker fill point.

  o    Fire safe flanged ball valve, camlock adaptor and cap.

  o    Non return valve.

  o    High level alarm – hazardous rated, battery powered.

  Bulk Tanks

  Intech build a range of bulk tanks a range of units without pump bunds, including ITP-75, ITP-90. These tanks have the same external dimensions as the standard tanks, however the removal of the pump bund increases the capacity stored. Details of the sizes and capacities are in TABLE. As a bulk storage tank – external folding platform is still required to check dips as well as service etc.

   

  Flammable storage

  Under Australian A.S. 1940 standards it is possible to store flammable products up to 55,000 litres in self bunded tanks.

  Please check the local regulation and install relevant emergency vent for flammable storage.
