Q1. How do I get the product that I exactly want?
A: (1) Firstly, we will learn client’s need, so be patient to answer the questions raised by the
          manufacturer to learn the needs and requirements better.
          -Specify if the letter or logo are with or without LED lights. If it is illuminated, please
          confirm that it is front lit, backlit, edge lit, or front & back lit.
          -The color of the letter or logo
          - The font of the letter
          -The height, width and depth of each letter
          -The application of the letter or logo; for outdoor or indoor use.

(2) After the approval of the design and price of the product, we will move to make a
     sample/prototype for client’s evaluation before mass production. When the sample is
     approved by the client, it will be the quality standard with which the quality of the mass
     production must accord.

(3) Quality assurance: A sound quality control system: Our quality control system has been
