UHMW-PE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) is an extremely tough and abrasion resistant thermoplastic that is used for applications that require durability and/or abrasive wear resistance.
UHMW plate is often used for lining chutes and hoppers in order to protect metal surfaces and promote the flow of solid materials such as sand, wood chips, or coal.

UHMW (aka UHMW-PE) (PE1000) offers a combination of excellent properties – outstanding abrasion resistance, superior impact resistance, non-sticking and self-lubricating properties and excellent mechanical properties, even in cryogenic conditions. UHMW Sheet, Rod, Tube and Profiles reduces noise from impact & vibration. It is a self-lubricating material that is chemical, corrosion, and wear-resistant. UHMW is also available in several filled grades including higher-temperature, ceramic-filled, conductive and ESd versions.

It is designed to reduce shock and stress to the belt caused by the falling down materials, avoid 

abrasion and tear by sharp materials and prevent materials from falling and scattering.

Conveyor rubber impact bar for belt conveyor loading point is a fusion of three different layers:

      •UHMW  pe cap

      •Cushioning rubber or urethane

      •Alumimium insert or steel insert.

Features:

1. Avoids the damage to the belt through the contact between the bar and surface of belt. 

2. The conveyor belt is stressed evenly in the loading area, which will reduce the daily maintenance cost. It effectively eliminates the spillage or scattering of the material caused

by inequality of the stress on the belt.

3. The UHMW polyethylene surface has outstanding sliding properties, to reduce the frictional resistance to the minimum. 

4. Ultra elastic rubber absorbs the impact in the maximum. 

5. Each part of the impact bar is closely jointed by hot vulcanization.

6.“Ttrack” fastening device has different tightening points along the bar and make the joining strong and reliable, easy to install and remove.
