Shipping Services:

We are generally responsible for transferring the products to the sea port in China. If necessary, we can send the products by sea or by air to your country on the trade item of CIF. If you don't have any Shipping Agent in China, we can recommend our agent to you.

Claims:

Claims concerning quality shall be made within 20days and claims concerning quantity shall be made within 10days after the arrival of the goods at the destination port.  Claims shall be supported by a report issued by a reputable surveyor approved by the sellers, claims in respect of matters within the responsibility of the insurance company or of the shipping company will not be considered or entertained by the sellers.
