Application

GQ-20 high efficient drill rig is developed based on GQ-15 rig,in order to meet the needing of construction of large dia.pie.The structure of the rig is stable and reliable ,mainly used for drilling large dia.pile hole for housing,high building,dam,harbor and bridge and water well.

1. 1. Large torque,light weight and small size compare to the same kind drilling machine.It is easy to move;
2. 2. The mast is like a dragon door,the top-head can move down and up on it.Large strenghth,drill high accurate hole;
3. 3. Inner hole of top-head is large(182*182mm),can drill with forward circulation or reverse circulation drilling method;
4. 4. The  rig used DF6S900 gear box of Dong Feng truck,it has 6 forward gears,1 reverse speed,it is suitable for drilling various earth formation.It is good to handle accidents in hole,and easy to maintain owe to using general spare parts;
5. 5. Top-head is equipped with man powered chuck,drilling with square Kelly,large depth per drilling,high efficiency;
6. 6. The oil feed cylinders make the top-head move up&down,pressure and depression drilling easily,and have larger pull and push force;
7. 7. The retraction distance is 1550mm,have larger distance away from hole,to make the drilling tools up and down easily;
8. 8. Have walking device,move and find hole position easily;
9. 9. Reasonable arrangement,operation easy,nimble and reliable;
