Q1: How to choose the most suitable machine and get the final suitable price?

A1: eg.For Filling Machine,you’d better reply us the following questions:

      1. What kind of liquid(cream) for filling?

      2.how's the water source? or the water test report?

      3. What’s viscosity of liquid(cream)?

      4. What’s dia. of your bottle ? Do you have bottle picture/sample? 

      5. What’s filling range?

      6. What capacity do you need?

Q2: Do you have videos or manual for us to know the machine better?

Q3: How about your machine’s quality?

A3: Every machine is applied with CE certificate, SGS certificate, highly meets requirement of GMP. Each machine is fully made of  SUS 304 for food packaging. SUS316 for pharmaceutical products. 

Q4: How is your machine’s price?

A4: We promise the price we give is the most reasonable compared with the same application owing to our good quality. 

Q5: What’s the delivery time?

A5: Depending on your order: for whole production line it is 40~60 days. bottle or tube filling machine, labeling machine, capping machine, unscrambling machine will be 30~40 days. Other simple equipment will be around 7~15 days. The above delivery time is calculated after receiving the down payment as well as sample bottles / tubes and materials.

Q6: Is there MOQ for your machine?

A6: 1 set is acceptable. Of course, if you order more, it will be fine and price will be more competitive.:)

Q7: How to install the machine?

A7: Please do not worry. We will send you detailed video and instruction manual for your reference. Customer also can appoint your engineers to our factory to learn. Our engineers also can go abroad to install the machines well. However, customer needs to pay air tickets, hotel and service expenses.

Q8: What is your warranty for the machine?

A8: The valid time for the warranty of our machine is one year; we will provide the spare parts to the buyer total for free in one year, which do not include those damaged or broken parts caused by human. And the vulnerable and consumptive spare parts are also out of the range of guarantee.Buyer needs to pay for the shipping or air charges.
