The bags have a physically proven factor of safety in excess of 6:1 and are proof load tested to over 2:1 prior to being taken into service. When performing load tests, gradual application of the load allows many problems to be identified prior to attaining maximum load.

Water Weighing bags weigh less than 2% of achievable load allowing for considerable savings in transport, storage and labour costs.

Flexible

A wide range of different sizes of Water load bags is available. Bags can be hung combinations to achieve large loads, Specialist 'low headroom' bags are available for testing where headroom is restricted. With bags weighing only some 2% of  achievable load, floor loading restrictions are rarely a problem. Bags are ideally suited to inaccessible lifting points. A variety of add-on options is available to meet specialist requirements such as extended drainage trunks, drain valves and manifold control systems.

     Water load bags are very light, so aiding handling. Bags are fully rigged and ready to hang and fill. Controlled filling and emptying is simple. The load is measured accurately with a certified with CE certificatory JXCS-SW6 Series load cell.
