  This machine can finish a series of operations such as bottle-feeling cap-feeding , cap-unscrambling and bottle-outleting . We adopt international advanced modular design concept, including molds cap-sending , cap-grasping by positioning servo-controlled torque . Non-injury of bottle and caps , high efficiency . No caps , no operating . At the same time , this machine can remove the damaged bottles and non-foiling bottles . It uses advance control technology, touch screen, programmable controllers , servo motor combination , product upgrade quickly . About conditioning, just input the arming angle in the touch screen . Then through the screw lifting mechanism to lift the whole place to complete the specifications. It greatly improves production efficiency and friendlier human-machine combination.

FX-1 automatic flat bottle (drum)screw capping machine

 is making up with cap unscrambling structure, capping structure, conveying part and control system. This capping machine has the feature of simple structure and easy adjustment which is suitable for capping of large drums.

2.2. It uses the method of fetching first and then capping which make sure the stability of capping. Pneumatic motor driven capping and speed can be adjusted and do no harm to the lids.

2.3. As inside tank installed photoelectricity, the cap elevator starts automatically when the caps are not enough in the tank which make sure the supply of caps.
