Automatic Rotary Capping Machine For Daily Chemical

This machine combines bottle-in, cap-sorter, cap-elevator, capping and bottle-out altogether in one. The rotary structure , catching the lid in the certain position, stable and reliable. It does no harm to bottle and lid . High capping efficiency, high qualified rate of capping, and wide application  which enjoys good competitiveness that can be compared with foreign products. It is applicable to varies size of glass and plastic bottles and caps. Its operation principle is by means of the scratching plate to cap the the lid when the bottle rotaryed. The whole machine is controlled by the PLC, touch screen interface and convenient operation.
This machine has eight mechanical hands ,dispatches caps in high speed with no inverse cap ,which can be used in various configurations containers ,irregular containers . It can be divided into scrape capping and grasp capping according to different caps . Supply cap machine and mechanical hands working with synch . When cap tighten finished , bottle and cap relatively stop . Clutch separate , bottles and cap are not injured .
The each lid-revolving head has a clutch to ensure the tightened lid not to damage. It suits for the all kinds of cylinder-shaped bottle’s lid-revolving for the industry such as foodstuff, pharmacy, daily chemicals, pesticide and chemical industry.

Main Feature

1)A inspecting sensor is installed on the bottle-dividing part. This can realize no bottle, no cap. The machine will automatically stop if the bottles are stuck. This protection structure is owned by our company.

2) A clutch structure is installed in the transmission part. It will alarm if there is stuck in the star wheel part so that the protection device could avoid the wearing.This is basic protection only owned by our company.

3) Patented transmission technology adopted ,ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment.

4) Auto-kicking out device installed on the conveying belt can remove the back side lid, non-aluminum lid. So the qualified rate are ensured. Meanwhile, photoelectricity sensor added to the belt will alarm automatically when the lid-tank is full.

5) The elevating structure is electricity driven. Only one button in the touch screen can adjust the height. Fast changing mode with star wheel design , plus with the dimension marks makes changing different type of bottles easier.

6)With the feeder ,make sure all upset caps drop to the bucket. No nude orbit adopted solving the lid-stuck problem efficiently.

It's free to study machine on our factory, Our Company is charged with the fee of food and accommodation. Our machines are very easy to operate and manage. Worker can operate and manage these machines after they study three days. The number of persons training is as customer requirement.
