Features

²uv roller coater is suitable for all kinds of flat plate (such as wood, furniture,cabinet,ceramic tile,door,plastic, metal, solar glass, etc.) of the surface coating, coating machine by this station after the film plane smooth, delicate, no color difference .

²The application roller, doctor roller and conveyer belt are controlled by individual inverter to ensure the precision.

²Coating roller is imported by PU and silica gel material. Equipping with imported scrapers which is made by stainless steel or PU. The design is adopted separate device to ensure dismantle and clean easily.

²The machine is equipped with thickness setting device to adjust the pressure of roller based on different products and thickness. If the working pieces is thicker than previous set ,the machine will automatically stop.

²This machine is suitable for all kinds of paint such as UV, PU, NC and water-based paint which the paint can recycle and no-wast .

²Optional:uv coating machine with PLC board for fully automatically operation.

Payment

We usually accept T/T, payment terms : 30% TT deposit, the balance before shipping.

1. What is the our  machines warranty ?

Warranty: Warranty is valid for 1 year in the hypothesis of machinery use for an 8-hour
working shift. Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear or damaged by improper
use, incident or negligence of the Buyer or by reasons external to normal use (i.e. change in the
power net, caused by thunderstorm, etc.) Transport costs and labour are excluded.
