Full Precision Double Roller Coater/ Tile/Ceramic/Glass Coating Machine/UV Roller Coater Machine for Wood Floor Furniture with 600/1300/2000mm
Features:
This machine is suitable for all kinds of flat products (such as wood,calcium silicate ,plastic, metal, solar glass, etc.) of the surface coating.
The application roller, doctor roller and conveyor belt are controlled by individual inverter to ensure the precision.
The application roller using imported materials and the diameter is 240mm.
The machine is equipped with thickness setting device to adjust the pressure of roller based on different products and thickness. If the working pieces is thicker than previous set ,the machine will automatically stop.
This machine is suitable for all kinds of paint such as UV, PU, NC and water-based paint which the paint can recycle and no-wast .
Optional:the machine with PLC board for fully automatically operation.
