Product Description
1,This machine can be applied to full the putty or coating of a variety of products with surface roughness or texture so as to make the products surface much smoother.The reverse steel roll of this machine could full coating into the sunken places.It can substitute manual filling work only for products with light roughness surface.This machine is applicable to flat products such as floor,furniture,decorating board and calcium silicate board,etc.Individually designed reverse-rotation scratching and forward-rotation filling device could control the filling volume by adjustment of the roller and scraper.This machine is suitable for the products surface puttying with a variety of coating such as NC,PU,PE,UV,ETC.It equipped with devices to prevent spills putty.
2,The rubber roller using imported materials with 240mm diameter.Putty roller diameter is 240mm,roller mirror with chrome plated.
3,Configuration import material strength toughness scraper,adjusted by reducer with high accuracy.
4,Convey belt is 3mm skidproof belt,which resistant to all solvent,prevent layer phenomenon caused by chemical corrosion,convey system have belt centreing device.
5,The operation of smooth roll and rubber roll controlled by independent frequency inverter and speed reducer,the spacing of smooth roll and rubber through the worm machine to adjust eccentric shaft ,drive dovetail institution to complete.Bearing seal structure and prevent the paint.
