1.How Does it Work?

Wireless vehicle detector loop system consists of  WVD130 and WAP348. 
WVD130x can trigger the CCTV to take picture of the vehicles which passed the stop line when the light is red in traffic intersection controller.The reaction time is about 50ms and it is also can be adjusted.

Wireless vehicle detector loop is based on magnetometer, short range RF and nano power communication protocol technology. All the WVDs, under the management of WAP, establish a local wireless sensor network, which collects traffic information real timely.

Wireless Access Point (WAP-348X) is used to collect real-time traffic information from Wireless Vehicle Detector (WVD) installed on the road, and transmit to host application systems. The WAP-348X, acting as a gateway between this wireless sensor network and user system, provides system integrators a variety of data communication interface. 

2.Installation

The vehicle detector loop installation is very fast and easy, with minimun lane closure time and no trenching to roads. 

First, drill a small hole(100mm high and 116mmwide)with a diamond; 
Then,put sensor down to the hole with cement filling around. 
Last,cover sensor with the drilled dirt. 

The installation time for each detector is just within 3minutes, which saves a lot of time and manpower.
