       ROSIM's parking system include wireless parking space detector ,wireless router and wireless parking data collector;this system monitors the occupancy of vehicles in indoor/outdoor/roadside parking lot, each parking space features a wireless parking space detector  which feeds back occupancy information to wireless router.Then ,router transmit the information to parking data collector ,and  this collects real-time parking occupany information and stores data for statistical analysis . This can then be uploaded to an online server for external access  for car park owner information to improve the efficiency of the car park. and Parking utilization and enforcement efficiency are optimized.
