Application:ASTM A519 1040 Heavy Wall Steel Pipe  can be made into gears, pinions, cams, cranks, clutch shafts, shafting, die cases, and a multitude of machinery parts and components. 

Surfaces Conditions: 1.Black surface with oxygen skin;
                               2.Grinded for external or internal surface, or external and internal surface;
                               3.Machined for external or internal surface, or external and internal surface.

Delivery Conditions: Hot Rolled, Cold Drawn, Stress Relieved, Annealed, Normalized.

Tube ends: The tubes come with square cut and deburred ends.

Packaging:Bare packing/bundle packing/crate packing/wooden protection at the both sides of tubes and suitably protected for sea-worthly delivery or as requested.

Tests we apply to the tubes:

1) Chemical Composition Analysis;

2) Mechanical Properties (Tensile strength, Yield strength,, Elongation, Hardness);

3) Technological Test (Flattening test, Flaring Test, Bending Test, Hydraulic pressure test);

4) Surface quality detection;

5) Eddy-current examination;

6) Visual test.

Delivery Time: 35 days after both parties confirmed.
