`The main introduction

CRS-6 common rail comprehensive performance test hosts using advanced and reliable frequency variable speed, wide speed range, accurate and reliable, energy saving and environmental protection. controlled by Industrial control machine  color display. Full Chinese or English or other language display menu

CRS-6 test bench Main features

Main function

The test stand can accurately test the following common-rail performance:

1. high-pressure fuel rail

1.1 Provide sBosch, Delphi, Denso, fuel rail pressure sensor pre-calibration values.

1.2 The user can add new the pump sensor type, and display of different sensor pressure value recalibration

1.3 Automatic rail pressure control regulator

1.4 Automatic protection , if the rail pressure is too high

2. Common Rail Injector Test

2.1 Can be measured up to 6-way solenoid valve injector

    High Voltage - Bosch, Denso injector

    Low voltage - Delphi injector

2.2 Measured 1 Road, Siemens, Bosch piezoelectric crystal injector

2.3 Channel solenoid valve and piezoelectric crystal driver with short circuit protection, and will not damage the injector to be tested and the tester itself.

2.4 Provides a standard test procedure and conditions, the standard amount of fuel injection / back oil data synchronized display. The user can also be very convenient since the given conditions, add or change the experimental data, the system with more than 400 standard data (and continue to add), and user-friendly repair injector.

3. Common rail pump test

3.1 Multi-channel PWM (pulse width modulation signal) output is used to drive a variety of pump.

3.1.1 Single-channel drive signal oil pump regulation.

   Bosch CP1/CP2/CP3

   Delphi CRSP

   Denso HP3/HP4

3.1.2 The ability to pump oil to drive 1 road DRV, specifically for the test pump.

3.2 Separate the two drivers combined Denso HP0 pump(ECD-U2) speed sensor on the timing signal, the synchronization control HP0 pump two oil control solenoid valve;

3.3 All channels driven with short circuit protection, tested the oil pump and the tester will not harm themselves;

3.4 Standard test procedure and conditions, the standard pump oil data synchronized display. The user can also be very convenient to base on their conditions to ,add or change the test data.
