1. Summary:

The water treatment system is pre-treating amd desalting the tap water in the raw water tank in the RO system to get pure water. we adopt imported RO membrane of  Hydranautics from U.S.A for RO system. The structure of whole line is simple, the operation is convenient, the technical level is high. This system is the most ideal drinkable water production line.

2. Structure:

This series pure water treatment system has included the pre-filters, reverse osmosis system, ultraviolet rays sterilizer and water storage tanks.

Equipments in this unit:

1, Multimedium filter

This machine can remove heavy metal including mercury, lead, cadmium, zinc, iron, manganese, chromium, hydrogenate from the raw water. The filling material in this filter can be changed according the different quality raw water.

2, Active carbon filter

The filling material in this filter is nut shell activated carbon. It can absorb the small molecular weight organic compounds, the chloridion and heavy metal in the raw water. By this filter, the color and the mouth feel of the water will be improved.

3, Precision filter

PP precision filtering elements is filled in this equipment. This equipment is the last pre-filter before the reverse osmosis system. The function of this equipment: filter the impurity in the water which diameter is larger than 1 micron. By this machine, the service time of the reverse osmosis system can be extended more.

4, One grade reverse osmosis system

By the special high pressure pump, the water pressure will be increased to 6-20 kg. By the pressure, water will flow through the reverse osmosis film. There are many holes on the surface of the film which diameter is 0.0001 micron. Because of these small holes, chemical ion, bacteria, fungi and viruses can not go through, only water molecules which volume is smaller than 0.0001 micron.

5, Ultraviolet rays sterilizer

This machine is connected after reverse osmosis system. By the ultraviolet rays lamp which is installed in this equipment, raw water can be sterilized again. Some microorganism in the water can be sterilized completely. After this step, the water can reach drinkable standard.

6, Water tanks

They are made by 304 stainless steel. Thickness of the stainless steel is 5-10 mm. They are installed with the polyurethane, so they also have the function of thermal insulation.
