The system used to clean the beverage production line without taking apart pipes or equipment. It is composed with 3 containers.CIP automatic cleaning in place system
The CIP equipment is used to clean at site of material pipe of the industries like milk production, juice, beverage etc.
A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey cleaning liquid into material pipe to circulate to make cleaning without taking apart pipes or equipment. By this, capacity utilization rate of the machine can be improved, at the same time, lessen intensity of labor.
This equipment is composed of three containers and each container is 1 cubic meter large filled with acid solutions, alkaline solutions and hot water. After daily production of fruit juice, juice residues are left in the pipe walls. If such residues are not cleaned up, they will be deteriorated only to affect the next production shift. Therefore, such juice residues are rinsed and soaked with alkaline solutions first, then rinsed with acid solutions, and finally flushed with hot water.
