3.HTRI  American Heat Transfer Research

The mould used for plate of PHE is designed according to HTRI standard, the heat transfer coefficient and other index all 

calibrated and calculated according to HTRI software. Our products can meet the diversified industries production requirements.

All the mould drawings made by technical dept. all reviewed and confiremed by our process engineer.

The production & assembling of all the parts are carried in the moulding shop. The heat treatment of mould plays a very

 important role to prolong the service life.

The skilled inspector check and measure the parts strictly , the technician assemble the mould according to tolerance .

We have the high precise inspecting equipments to test material and products. All the material need to be inspected strictly 

before entering into the next process. The parts of mould should be qualified. Only the passed product can be put into mass

 prodcution.

The characteristics of plate heat exchanger

1.The structure of plate heat exchanger is more compact compared with other heat exchangers.

2.Heat transfer under differential temperature of 1 °C temperature with designed pressure up to 2.5MPa and the maximum handling capacity up to 3533m3 per hour is available.

3.Rich plate shape, a variety of angles and groove depth and a different combination forms a ideal heat exchanger which is suitable for working conditions.

4.One step forming plate with high-precision mold to reduce physical stress & improve plate’s uniformity and extend service life .

5.Reasonable flow guide plate designed to avoid the deposit plate and improve the heat transmission coefficient up to 9000W per m2.K.
