Metal Welding: 100% Robot welding, 30 sets robots were imported from Japan.
Metal surface disposal: Electrophoresis Nippon paint and powder spray coating.
Raw Material: 1: Steel, purchased from Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp.

Motor for electric bed: German Dewert motor
Central locking castor: using the German tech, the castor framework adopts the aviation aluminum material which is hard and light, is convenient and easy operation.
Bed board: it is processed by the large four column hydraulic machine. One-step molding technology, it can maximumly increase the strength of the bed board and make the four corners complete and smooth, very easy to clean.
