Procedures:

1. Inquiry	The customer gives an inquiry and gets an quotation from us.
2. Negotiation	The customer provide a sample, drawings or digital files to Heyuan and both parties negotiate over the materials, prices, lead time and payment terms.
3. Place the Order	Based on specific demands of the customer and the agreements of both parties.
4. Design	The Heyuan R&D team starts making a UG and Pro-E file for the sample or drawing furnished by the customer.
5. Machining	The mold shop goes through various machining procedures.
6. Mold Trial	A trial production with the finished mold at the Trial Shop is carried out. The samples produced here are sent to the customer for approval.
7. Delivery	Upon approval by the Customer, the Mold packed in wooden case is transported to Ningbo or Shanghai Port for shipment to the port of destination.
