YS1000 hand feed prefrom automatic blow molding machine can blow max.capacity are 0.75liters, apply to blowing to PET,PC,PP or PE as raw material to any shape carbonated drink bottles,mineral water bottles,pesticide bottles,cosmetic bottles,high temperature resistant bottles.
MACHINES FEATURES:
1.Adopt hand feed prefrom,immediacy output bottle and manual fetch the bottle,reduce the cost of the semi-automatic dry the prefrom frist,feed the prefrom second,the mesne process time of the blow and fetch.Greatly improve the productivity.
2.Hand feed prefrom automatic blowing machine don’t need the feed prefrom machine and machine arm,reduce the machine’s producing cost and achieved the automatic blowing machine’s productivity.
3.Controller use advanced PLC screen,operate easy,high stability and security.
4.Air system adopt German air cylinder and electro-valve pneumatic,tensile speed is steady and exact.
5.Production process is controled by microcomputer to auto complete,each step has interlock device to guaratee the security.
6.Air system will be design to move and inflatable divided into two parts to meet blow,movements of different air pressure requirements.
7.Adopt double arm of clamping,with high clamping,action flexible.
8.Operate only need one person,do not need special training.
9.Installation,start simple.
