1.FPC laser cutting machine is mainly used for the cover film (CVL), a flexible board (FPC) Flex PCB (RF) and thin plywood cut to shape. The device without a mold or protective plate is fixed, effectively improve the processing speed and accurate machining results through the use of high-energy ultraviolet laser, precise control of the laser beam, can flexible circuit boards and organic coating precision cutting. Meanwhile, the apparatus may also cut a variety of substrate materials, such as: silicon, ceramic, glass.

With the control software with independent intellectual property rights, user-friendly interface, complete functions, simple operation; CCD automatic visual homing support multi-target catch target; can achieve great graphics automatically or manually slitting slitting select stitching accuracy up to ≤ ± 3um. And laser scanning galvanometer precision machining simultaneously, mature and stable software technology, powerful editing, graphics modification can be carried out within the interface.
