Product Description
Bagasse particleboard production line/ particle board production line
Partcle board is made from small-diameter wood, wood branches, wood residues,
saw dust, furnitue leftovers, phragmites andbagasse, etc, and via Chip preparation,
Drying & screening, Glue applying, Forming and hot press, Cutting size, and sand-
ing, etc. Finished boards can be used for furniture, building, packing, vehicle and
sheep decoration and lamination.
1.wood shavings preparation section
Raw material is reduced into qualified chips by the drum chipper, then the chips are
transported to the chip bin, and then feed to the knifering flaker by which the chips
are turned to flakes, then the flake stored in wet flake bin.
2. Drying and sifting section
The flakes are discharged from the wet flake bin which are conveyed to the rotary
dryer. Qualified core flakes are stored in core flake bin; oversize flakes are send to
mill to be re-crushing, and transported to surface dry wood shavings bin to be stor-
ed.
3.Glue stage
After scaled, the core and surface flakes are to be effectively and uniformly mixed
with qualified glue to achieve the uniform mixing and the sufficient sizing effect.
4.Paving and thermo forming section
The after sizing shavings are transported to the mechanical grading paving machines
bythe belt conveyor.and they are paved to the uniform flat slab. After pre-press, a-
nd loading conveyor,the rough boards are sent to the installed hoistingcages,then the
rough boards are pressed by the hot press machine.
5. Post--processing section
The thermo foming boards are conveyed to the panel turnover machien to become
cool,then the boads are transported to the vertical and horizontal edge cutting mac-
hine by the cooling conveyor.
