Q: I am interested in some kinds of products, How to order?

A: a) Contact us and ask a catalog and select whatever you like, then make an inquiry.

b) If need a sample, tell us your requirements such as the size,the material.

c) Discuss packaging, shipping way and other details.

d) We reach an agreement on the price and the other detailed information,  you place order and we   provide PI.

e) You need to pay the total value through Bank Transfer or Western Union or paypal.

f) As soon as we receive the money, we will start to arrange production.

g) We ship it, meanwhile inform you and tell you the tracking number, you can track it by yourself.

h) Please report back as soon as you receive the painting!

Q: What kind of canvas you used for your painting?

A: Normally for modern painting we use a quality polyester canvas, if you need cotton canvas, please let us know, we can use pure cotton canvas for your order. For high quality paintings, we always use high quality cotton mixed linen canvas.

Q: How can you control your quality to be sure the quality?

A: We have a very strict Q/C group, and they will check our painting very carefully, including the art work, the stretcher, the frame and the packing in order to keep the quality. 

Q: For wholesale, what’s you MOQ?

A: Normally for each set MOQ is 10 pieces. If you are first time import our painting, testing market important, no MOQ limit.

Q: I have a photograph. Can you paint it or print it?

A: Yes, custom painting on canvas or printing is one of our main products, we almost make it every day with top quality. You nend to sent us the photo and your any requirement.

Q: How you package your paintings?

A: Normally we will use hard paper corner protective and bubble film and shrink plastic to wrap the paintings first and then package the painting in carton. If you have specification on how to package the painting, we can do as your requested.

Q: What kind of shipping way you usually choose?

A: a) Normally, sample will be sent by express such as DHL/EMS/UPS/FEDEX.  We will choose the best cost-effective express. It usually takes 5-7 days.

b) If you have forwarder in china ,we can send to your forwarder.

c) Bulk orders will be sent by sea or by air. 

Q: How can I pay for my painting?

A: We accept T/T, West Union, Paypal, and L/C.
