Fireproof glass

Production Process: Fireproof glass is composed by two layers or more glass through compounding, in the middle of the two layers glass filled with salt based fire resistant gel, it is a special kind of glass that can be satisfied the requirement of corresponding fire resistance level. As using advanced Nanotechnology for production, the fire glass became cut able.

Features: 1.Outstanding performance of fire resistance,hold 90-183 minutes without explosion under the condition of 1000°C flame, so that to fight for the precious time for escaping and saving.

2.High intensity,besides outstanding performance of fire resistance, it also has high intensity. For the same thickness, the intensity of the single fire rated glass is about 6-12 times than float glass; 2-3 times than tempered glass..

3.Good processed,it can be used alone, also can be processed to fire rated laminated glass, fire rated hollow glass, curtain wall glass, fire rated coated glass according to the requires. 

Application: Fire-proof glass could be used in exhibition hall, store house and other industrial or commercial buildings which are required to be protected for fire accidence. It is an ideal material mainly used for indoor fire wall and sound insulating fire wall.
