1. material.

  "wood "

include wood saw dust,  rice husk, cutton and rice stalk, bamboo ,wheat stalk . they must be powder ,  dimension of powder should be 40-80 mesh.  water content is lower than 8%.  if dimension is too big , need miller  to crush into 40-80 mesh.  if water content is too high, must use drier .  we have miller and drier  . 

"plasitc"

will be PVC powder or PE , PE normally use recycled scraps or granules.  we have granules making machine also.

A.  PVC +wood    normally use this composition materail to make indoors profile like flooring, door frame, assembled-door or unit-board door,   window sill  and other decorative profile. it has lightly in weight,  smoothly in surface, anti fire, anti water , no pollution, no smell, very enviornmental friendly  products for human's health.   in formula percentage rate, 30% wood will use, 65% PVC powder will use, other 5% is additives..

B. PE+ wood  normally use to make outdoor profiles like decking, railing, wall panel, partition board, bench, flower box, landscape , garden fence. it has anti-UV, anti water, anti corrosion, very strong and hard .  the surface can stamp in different pattern  , the pattern let the wpc much like natural wood.     in formula percentage rate, 70% wood can use, 25% p

PE can use, other 5% will be additives such as wax etc.

2. machine.

A.  mixer, this unit use to mix PVC and wood , or PE and wood.  after mixer, the composite material get full and evenly mixing, also during the mix, it can get rid of some water from wood .

B.  granulator (pelletizer) , in this machine, composite material will make into  granules in order to let the material to be good plasticizing and good melting  . it can let the profile much stronger than without this step processing.   PVC+ wood need not this step  , because PVC is powder, powder  is very easy to mix with wood powder  only in the mixer A.   but PE normally is scraps or granules, so, it is necessary to use  this step.

C.  profile extrusion line.

      PVC+wood  & PE+wood  all can use this machine.  but mould is different .    you can produce all kinds of different profile by changing different design mould.

     in this step , you can get  profile products.

D.  profile surface treatment.   this step is not necessary .  because this step only for surface treatment.  you can stamp pattern on surface of the profile, or use sanding machine to give friction on the profile surface, the surface of profile will get roughly , it is look much natural , better than wood .  

E. we produce wpc final products by ourselves made machine. professional on the machine design and mould design and technology of wpc production, we are making perfect quality wpc with different level type.  low cost  on machine investment, we are selling in a low price wpc products to customer.
