Use

This machine can be used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, solid beverage industry granulation mixing raw materials made of particles of the desired size, or caking raw materials into small particles.

Principle

The V type cylinder rotates around the center of the axis of the drive shaft, and the material is also a gravity diffusion motion along with the V type of the two inclined cylinder. When the connecting part (bottom) of the V type tube body is rotated at the lower position, the material is gathered at the bottom. When the V type tube body is rotated at the upper position, the material is divided into two inclined cylinders at the bottom of the collection, so that the material of each inclined cylinder can be connected to another one of the inclined cylinder. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, the continuous change of position, the material of the V type cylinder is repeatedly mixed with the displacement of the cylinder.
