Using instruction

1).After kicking - to maintain a fixed position, right leg bent up in the left leg, starting from the legs upward scroll through the tendon at the hip, back beyond the pelvis. 

2).Iliotibial band - lie sideways, yoga column placed in the top of the thigh. Elbow support the body, one leg on the ground with both hands,
