WORK PRINCIPLE:

Weiliang Sieving YBS series swinging sieve has crankshaft drive system, as well as dynamic quality trim device. Circular sieve box process three dimensional shaking through crankshaft device, the degree of inclination of the crankshaft gasket can be varied, through vertical movement, annular shaking effect from horizontal can be superposition. Shaking can be controlled by various parameters such as speed,crank eccentricity,radial tilt and tangential tilt. YBS swinging sieve’s structure allow the various parameters for stepless adjustment, so sieve box material speed and dwell time can be adjusted. The shaking range and the acceleration is changed by adjusting the crank eccentricity, crank gasket in the tangential direction tilt control the speed of the material circular movement, crank gasket in the radial tilt direction decided the speed of the material from center to around. Due to the combined of the radial and tangential tilt, material in sieve box moved spirally. The different of two inclined proportion change the residence time of the material, and different sieve machine make different sieving effect.

YBS swinging sieve use unit frame structure design, series parts all can be installed as required to the desired swinging sieve. All the machine dimensions can be installed as one or two, three, four, and smaller model that can produce a five-layers, in order to achieve classification five to six sifting process. If continue installing the upper in already installed multilayer vibrating sieve, is also permitted. Recommends using three to four layers, because there is small load upper layer, machine can be more long-term use.

The bottom sieve frame is the basis of the upper layer, the upper layer have sieve frame and cover, and fixed to the tension bolt. The chief axis realizes mass balance through the balance weight support. Swinging sieve operated by a motor via V belt transmission device. The rubber spring between bottom sieve frame and the base, prevent sieve box motion around chief axis.

Sieve machine adopts a circular structure, material will be put in the center of sieve, the advantage continue with different layer, each layer should operate with same path, which makes possible to use small aperture sieve machine.

Base on the equipment setting, increasing vertical movement will make the material which in the critical portion falls to below edge, it is able to realize a high precision sieving with auxiliary sieve mesh.

CHARACTERISTIC:

1. Basic rotary motion is similar to artificial sieving, eccentricity ratio is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, low speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm.
2. 5 times output per unit area than normal vibrating scree.

5. Use silicone balls, rubber balls, ultrasonic and drum brush for clearing mesh cloth.
6. Mesh cloth not blocked, closed dustproof, safe operation.
7. Accelerated speed is lower than the average 4.5 times vibrating screen.
8. Longer life time of small parts.
9. Noise <75 dB
10. Optimization of gravity balance, foundation dynamic load is low.
