Huilong Flexible heaters are rugged, yet thin, lightweight and flexible. Use of these heaters is limited only by the imagination. Heat can be put where it is needed. These heaters improve heat transfer, speed warm ups, and decrease wattage requirements.

This type of heater can be used in security camera, it can provent mist. And also can use in security case. We can put a sensor(pt1000 or NTC) in the heater so that customer can control the temperature.

Inside the heater is etched heating film.

- Etching circuits is an efficient means for manufacturing in high quantities.

- Foil thickness ranges from .0005″ to .004″ depending on your required resistance.

- Different foil material types can be used depending on the heater resistance needed.

- Etched designs are excellent for applications requiring watt densities greater than 5 watts/in2.

- Excellent choice for heaters that require multi-zoned wattages or heaters that have many holes or cutouts.

- Offers excellent circuit repeatability.
