Business scope:

HX steel cord blade is fixed with cutting machine in radial tire producing workshop to cut steel cord., it can be mainly classified into Vertical cutting blade, Slopping cutting blade, Vertical cutting blade.

1.Jinan Reida has obtained two patent certificates:Non-adhesive Laser Coating and Hot Blade Device of Radial Tyre Unistage. Non-adhesive laser coating can avoid cutted sheet rubber being stuck with blade, ensuring cutting quality and saving a large number of materials. At the same time, upgrade cutting speed and enhance producing efficiency.

2.Jinan Reida is sole company which own 6(six)-meter long Vacuum Heat-Treating kiln, worthy of 12000000RMB. HX steel cord blades are all vacuum heat-treated, after this treatment, blade’s hardness become even, and will not be out of shape even being resharpened and grinded.

3.Jinan Reida import a set of grinding machine worthy of 3000000 RMB from Germany which grinding accuracy is the best in China.

4.HX steel cord blade select high-quality material YG20A, it’s hardness can reach 63-65 degree. Pinholes of blade are grinded and polished by CNC machine, so its accuracy can reach 5um. other imported blade’s accuracy can only reach 20um. At present, only Jinan Reida manufactured HX steel cord blade can cut Engineering Radial Tire with 4.84mm-thick steel cord and 8mm-thick sheet rubber.

5.HX circular blade surface also is covered non-adhesive laser coating, it’s material is YG60A, Steel cord Calendering blade and Steelastic short blade also select YG60A material.Their lifespan is as dozens times as domestic blade’s. HX altrasonic blade has steady quality and is cheaper than that of Branson. In the future, HX patented hot blade will prevail market all over the world.

6.Each HX steel cord blade has laser-carved ID number. Each blade has one ID number.

7.HX steel cord blade’s lifespan is as 2-4 times as imported blade and as 4-10 times as China blade. Each edge of HX blade can cut 250000-350000times. And each edge can be sharpened and grinded above 6 (six) times.

8.HX steel cord blade experienced altrasonic and X-ray detection to make inner problems and scars that can not be seen by nake eyes appear thereby deal with this problem accordingly and timely to avoid fracture and wounding which my occure during operation.

9.Jinan Reida has signed assorted agreement with Qingdao Mesnac, Tianjin Sai Xiang, and Guilin Rubber Machinery company which produce cutting machine,extruding/calendering machine and building machine, they all assorted our vertical blade, slopping blade and circular blade to their machines.

10.Each blade package has certificate of approval, grinding drawing,instruction manual, test report, carrying gloves, spare bolt and hook for taking out the blade.
