1,Plastic seat with screw cap lamp locking

2,Fix the Aluminum plate with a screw to heat lamp cup

3,Screwed the plastic seat into the heat lamp cup.

4,PC cover dispensing screwed into the heat lamp cup

Installation Notes

1,before installation pls check whether the bulb is with poor appearance and damage deformation, if with problems pls don’t use.

2,make sure the switch is in the off state when install , be safety

3,Do not disassemble this product if Non - Professionals

4,Only can be used when work properly reference to the instruction.

100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.

Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
