No, it does not come with a lid.

2.Is it bpa free?

Yes , it is.

3.Just bought this and can't get the ice out. any tips i need to be aware of? 

If you put some water on the bottom to warm it up just a bit or leave out for a couple minutes, always works for us. Then we just push them out. Once you do it a couple times becomes super easy.

4.Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes, they are.

5.Can i use it to make cakes and put it into the oven?

Yes,you can use it to make cake,pizza,bread mouse,jelly,prepared food ,chocolate, pudding, fruit pie and so on, and it heat-resistant 230℃.

6.Do these produce cubes with beveled corners like the tovolo king cube tray or are all corners at 90 degrees?

The top is obviously 90's but the inside corners are beveled. These cubes are great. You can get three or four short cocktails from one cube. They last forever!

7.How many ounces does each cube hold?

Each cube holds a little over 2 oz.
