I.   How to confirm the items with artwork, quality, packages?

II. Can you provide OEM service?

     Yes, most of the time we work on OEM orders. It means that all size, material, design, artwork, quantity, packing solutions can be solved. Logo or label also can be customized. Sample can be provided, and there will be a sample fee which will be refunded in bulk, thanks for your understanding.

III.What is the MOQ for your products?

     Normally 500 sets, but it depends on material, color, size... of your request. For some stock fabric, low MOQ is also accepted, however, the price is more higher and invenstory always change, thanks for your understanding. If the items are in stock, no need MOQ. The details we can talk.

V. What about shipping terms?

     For sample normally we send by DHL/UPS/FDX/TNT/EMS.

     For bulk, shipping by air or sea frequently-used. Air is fast but expensive, sea is economy but slower than air.

      For make-to-order term:  30% deposit by T/T before producing, 70% balance by the BL copy.
