YK200L-L RING Series is specially used for HMW-HDPE Double L Ring drums, barrels and other big hollow products made of HMW-HDPE.

1.It’s productivity for 220L barrel is about 20 pcs/hour;

2.Double Extruders with double layers accumulator die head. The extruder L/D ratio 32:1 which is suitable for HMW-HDPE, HDPE material.

3.The accumulator head is specially designed for double layers to increase the stretch of barrel and to use different the color for inner layer and outer layer.

4.The hydraulic system was controlled by proportional valve which is easy to be controlled by PLC.
