Safety(self-serve protection)

Internal overload protection is build into motor and compressor. Additional thermal overload protects the entire machine. Thermostat cuts off machine when over-freezing, low voltage, high pressure etc.

Pre-cooling system(Model number with letter"M")
Separate hopper refrigeration, by separate compressor solenoid valve to precool mix and maintain mix  below 4.5℃.

Keep fresh system(Model number with letter"M1")
During long nouse periods, the keep fresh system maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
