    b, PI(Proforma Invoice) would be sent to you at once, with the net costs of the mentioned items and other relavant charges being listed;

    c, Production would start to be arranged upon the receipt of the payment and the bank slip;

    d, Tracking No. would be sent once cargoes aparted;

2, Which kind of payment method should I take?

     Generally, we accept payment by T/T, but Paypal, Western Union is acceptable.

3, By which way would my cargoes be sent?

    a, By express: DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, TNT;

    b, By air;

    c, By sea; 

4, How long could I receive my cargoes?

    a, Sample order can be delivered in 3-5 working days;

    b, General order can be delivered in 7-15 working days;

    c. Big order can be delivered in 15-20 working days at most;

    d, Generally, cargoes would arrive in 3-4 days after shipment.

5, May I get OEM or ODM Services?

    Sure. OEM / ODM Services are available. Your own logos could be silk-print on the products; And your model numbers could be put in the labels, boxes, and in the manuals too.

6, How long of the warranty I will be provided with?

     Generally, we provide our customers with 2 years of warranty. However, should long term business be made, it would last longer.
