Application:
The MQF purifier is a key flour mill machine which influences the extraction of high quality and low ash flour
production. The MQF purifier can handle different wheat grist’s, it can grade and clean semolina stocks
and bran tailings accordingly, then distributing these stocks to the correct destinations. In essence the
purification system is the heart of the mill which distributes the correct stock and purity to other parts of the
flour mill system. The MQF purifier ensures sufficient flexibility to control and improve the final flour quality.
working principle:
Through a combination of vibration, aspiration and an inclined sieve surface, together with varying sieve
mesh covers from fine at the inlet to coarser towards the outlet, it allows material to be self graded according
to different specific gravity’s and size.
Material is divided into three different parts during processing:
a,Material though the sieve mesh: This semolina tends to be from the centre of the wheat grain, the
through’s at the front of the machine are pure and fine, while towards the machine tail, the semolina
tends to be less pure and includes a little bran. In-turn such purified material can be sent to the correct
roller mills destinations and processed accordingly.
b,Material over tailing the sieve mesh: The majority is bran pieces with attached semolina or bran fines.
These can be sent to the correct roller mill passage accordingly.
c,Aspiration: The majority of this material is small bran and flour dust.
Features:
1. Transmission drive of vibrating motor is to be used to achieve satisfying separation results by means of
shaking,aspirating and sieving. Other separators can’t be compared with respect to its sorting rate and ash
reduction rate.
2. Ball cleaning will be used to clean more efficiently and reliably.
3. Rubber springs or rubber bearings are to be used at supporting points and swinging points. Lubrication is
not necessary. It is very impressive with smooth operation,vibration reduction and insulation,durability and
no noise.
4. Overall air volume and air volume in the 32 air chambers can be regulated to control efficiently suction
volume of each air chamber.
5. Sieve box,distributor and conveying trough will make a synchronous vibration with a view of achieving
balance to the vibrating system.
6. A reliable uniformizing system will be placed at the feeding system to ensure an even stock coming into
the sieve.
7. A regulator will be used for tailings and throughs to control their flow direction according to the technological
requirement.
8. It is complete with excellent designing,rational structure,dustproof,low failures rate and ease of
checking,repairing and adjusting.
