Working principle:

1. Main structre

The plansifter is mainly composed of two symmetrically designed sifter boxes compartments, one middle frame, 

a drive section, sieve frame(s), door(s), a patented clamping device and a suspension device. The driving 

section and sifter boxes are secured together with high tensile bolts. Sieve frames are fixed into the sifter 

compartment boxes. The machine is supported by two beams above the top two sides, which are utilized to

 fix and connect the two sifter boxes and middle frame. The suspension device is set on the beams for suspending 

the complete machine.

The sides of the sieve box compartment are protected and wrapped with multi-sizes high quality low alloy 

steel pipe and are plate welded. The middle frame is made in high-grade steel, channel steel and steel 

plate welded to form a strong and rugged machine structure, the driving section is posited within the middle 

frame.

Each machine is fitted with four steel wires for safety. The tension can be set suitable to the level of the machine 

after the extruded suspension rods have been fixed.

2. Sieve frame

The sieve frame is made of high quality imported basswood wood with melamine lined sides protection, 

aluminum sieve, stainless steel tray’s with four-corners grooved together, to forming strong, log lasting good-looking frame.

Within the two types of sieve frame sizes, 640x640mm, 740x740mm, there are standard and enlarged sieve 

sizes available, with the following characteristics:

     1.Sifting surface area for 640x640mm sieve frame: 

        For standard frame: 0.383 M2

        For enlarged sieve: 0.352M2

     2. Sifting surface area for 740x740mm sieve frame: 

       For standard frame: 0.383 M2

       For enlarged sieve: 0.473M2

GG will select the type of sieve frame and sifting flow according to customer requirements. The sieves come 

in varying different height ranges i.e. 50,60,70,80,90,126mm etc, the box stop frame height is 130mm 

which the bottom sieve base height is 150mm or 140mm depending.

The sieve cloth is glued onto the inner frame using fast frame import glue and activator, while sieve cleaners 

are installed under the sieve cloth as required.
