SG series centrifuge is three-column type manual scraper bottom discharge batch operation basket centrifuge.

Working Principle                                                                                                                                            

The materials to be separated enter into the basket of the centrifuge rotating at high speed through a feeding pipe, affected by the centrifugal force, filtration is realized by filter cloth (filter screen). Liquid phase material exits from liquid output pipe, while the solid phase material remains in the rotary basket. When the filter cake reaches certain amount, stop feeding and start washing, so that the material can be separated. When the centrifuge rotates at a low speed, operate the manual scraper device, scrape the material in the radial direction first, then scrape in the axis direction. After the filter cake in the rotary basket is scraped off, recover the scraper and one work cycle is finished.

Design Features                                                                                                                                              

1 Feeding can be at medium speed or high speed. The manual scraping speed can be adjusted according to cake condition; SG model is particularly suitable for material with hard cake.

2 Feeding, preliminary dewatering, washing, second time dewatering, discharging procedure is adjustable according to the cake condition and separation requirements.

3 For material with loose cake, inverter start-up and speed control is optional.

4 Relatively enclosed structure.

5 The scraper movement can be mechanically locked, which ensures good reliability. Optional rotating speed detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheat protection.
