Main characteristics:

1.the centrifuge adopts whole enclosed structure with dependable seal facility which is filled with nitrogen to meet the explosion proof demand.

2.Adopted with quick open clamshell structure and the optional swash plate distributor,products can be distributed evenly to reduce vibration caused by unbalanced distribution.With additional washing function,it has a better cleaning effect.

3.The motor is set on top of the machine and directly linked to main shaft which will bring higher transmission efficiency and reduce friction powders.

4.Pneumatic assisted scraper is adopted to remove the remnant filter cake and CIP system is optional to secure clarity to be in accordance with GMP Norm.

5.Frequency control system is adopted to assure a stable start up .PLC is adopted to ensure a complete automatic process including feeding ,filtering,washing and discharging etc.It adopts dynamic(regenerative)braking without friction powder pollution and friction heat,so it is much safter

6.No need of human supervision,following security systems are adopted self-monitoring and protecting system,speed inspection,product level detection,over-vibration protection,over heat protection for motor,mechanical and electric double interlock for scraper rotary and movement,interlock for lid’s open and machine’s running.

Standard structure form

Housing body is separated with chassis,both of which are supported by three point suspensions,Fixed with shelled body by bolts,the upper lid adopts flat plate construction fixed with housing body by bolts,equipped with feeding pipe,washing pipe,manhole and etc combined hydraulic scraper is adopted for discharging.

Main material

Triangle ring,pedestal,chassis,bearing seat and drum adopt.HT material,while drum wall,liquid fence housing,chassis,bearing seat lining,bucket bottom lining and feeding pipe,washing pipe,manhole pipe,scraper and liquid outlet pipe adopt stainless steel and whose surfaces are all polished.

PLC plus frequency convertor,dynamic braking,product level detection(contact type)vertical common motor(or explosive proof type)SP Vbelt and safe cover(carbon steel),spot operation box.

Structure choice :

Bucket type structure (chassis is integrated with housing).Drum adopts carved stainless steel plate,structure adopts reversible whole lid matched with pneumatic and hydraulic facilities,open gas outlet and other requirements can be met.

Material choice:

For the purpose of anti-erosion,other materials may be applied such as SUS316,316L,321,304 titanic material,Hastelloy alloy,line plastics,lined rubber,spray F46,and spray Halar etc.
