Assemblly Fixture

 This fixture is designed for production line assembly process with components press fit. the cylinder is controled by a start button and time controled by a timer which can be configured by customer special requirement. All the mechanical parts is machined with high precise CNC machine(3 aixs). The fixture sized with 400mmX200mmX200mm. The will be a customized application part which will position the production under cylinder part.

 The packaging & shipment will be handled by customer's requirement. the confirmed fixture manufacture lead time is 20 sets/ month.
